+Rent payment confirmation
Do you need a confirmation of rent payment, e.g. for a housing allowance? At the ZN BYTY s.r.o. office, we will issue a quarterly or monthly payment confirmation upon request.
+ Rent payment
The day rent is due is determined by the conditions specified in the lease contract. There are several ways to pay your rent:
- Bank transfer to the ZN BYTY s.r.o. account.
- SIPO direct payment (clients must share their account number at the ZN BYTY s.r.o. office).
- Depositing cash in the account of ZN BYTY s.r.o. at Česká spořitelna bank.
+ Unpaid rent
Do you have a debt? Stop by at the ZN BYTY s.r.o. office immediately, where we will create a written acknowledgment of the debt and agree together on a repayment schedule.
+ Change the amount of advance payments
Do you need to change the amount of advances you pay for services related to the use of the flat? Stop by at the ZN BYTY s.r.o. office or send your change request by email to info@znbyty.cz.
+ Change in the number of persons living in the apartment
Has the number of people in your household changed? Report these changes in person at the ZN BYTY s.r.o. office, send us a written notice, or send us a request to change the number of people in your household to info@znbyty.cz. Upon request, we will prepare an amendment to the lease contract with a new registration sheet, which then must be signed by the tenant.
+ Termination of the lease
Leases are always concluded for a definite period of time, i.e. one year. Thirty days prior to the expiration of the lease, tenants are asked if they wish to continue the lease.
If you are not interested in continuing the lease, you can terminate the lease on the flat with a notice period of three months beginning the month after the termination notice is given. You can send the termination notice in writing to the company office or bring it personally to the office at Lidická 905/5, Znojmo.

+ Reporting problems in the apartment

Please note that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2257 (2) of the Civil Code, or pursuant to Government Regulation No. 308/2015 Coll. on the definition of the terms “routine maintenance” and “minor repairs” related to the use of a flat, the tenant pays for routine maintenance and specific minor repairs and must therefore cover these repairs at their own expense.
+ Construction modifications
Are you planning to renovate the flat at your own expense? We will need a written request from you for a building permit in the flat. Describe in detail the planned reconstruction, including its scope. The application must always be signed by the lessee. You can then deliver it personally to the office, mail it to ZN BYTY s.r.o. at Lidická 905/5, Znojmo, or send a scanned e-mail to info@znbyty.cz.
